You barely interact with anyone, but the system is so well thought and organized that the website walks you through everything. It was honestly so easy to BUY through KeySavvy. When something goes out of the ordinary way, their customer service reaches out immediately and helps provides solutions. I would really recommend them, kept both parties very safe during the transaction and YES, if you qualify, you can get the EV REBATE for your car.

I just used KeySavvy this past month to buy my first car, and holy smokes did they make the process easy! The seller and I initially chose to use KeySavvy in order to claim the $4000 Used Clean Car tax credit, which you can transfer to KeySavvy at the time of the sale to instantly save $4k on the purchase. They also streamlined the document-signing and payment/escrow, so there wasn't a need to print a bunch of forms or walk around with thousands of dollars in a cash envelope. That was a huge help to me as a first-time car-buyer, as I normally would've been super intimidated and anxious about an unfamiliar, complex, and expensive process like buying a car. Instead, every step from initial signup to titling/registering at the DMV has been super smooth, which is well worth the cost of admission in my book. I was definitely skeptical of KeySavvy when the seller first suggested we use it for the text credit (as I always am when large amounts of money are involved), but reading their Trustpilot reviews convinced me to give them a shot. Service was exceptional. Really a good service with such small fees when its comes to buying from a private party. Because there is tons of scams going around with title and everything.

Was skeptical and worried but everything was handled very well. Biggest SNAFU was buyer bank did not do fast money transfers, that slowed the transfer of funds and the sale. We did a Used EV sale and KeySavvy gave the buyer the 30% rebate. KeySavvy even issued temp tags for the buyer to drive home! the cost was less than the local dealer would quoted, and KeySavvy did escrow service too. As a seller, I was worried about getting my funds, but they were issued the same day as the buyer picked up the car.

I hate giving out my bank info for wires, that just makes no sense. So this service was well-worth it.
