A complicated purchase where the seller was in a different state than the car, and the buyer was not where the car was going required a number of involved parties to ship and receive. KeySavvy flawlessly provided documentation where and as needed, provided updates along the way, even a tracker on the car shipment across the country, and worked with all parties. Another plus was that being a dealer, KeySavvy could provide electric vehicle credits where a private seller could not. Highly recommend.

So easy, seamless and takes care of buyer finance issues

I was unsure of what to expect as a seller since I hadn't heard about the company but they made it very easy. The accepted the escrow payment. Once the buyer released the payment KeySavvy paid off the loan and wired me the balance within hours. Very convenient.

About a decade ago, I bought a car from an individual who was still making payments on the car. We exchanged funds for the car + keys... and then I waited another 8 weeks to get the title. And because we didn't have the title, at the time, the DMV wouldn't let us register the car for temporary plates. It was an absolute pain in the butt. KeySavvy solves all those problems. For a fee between the buyer and seller, KeySavvy will handle the transfer of funds from the buyer to the seller, and will pay the lienholder directly. They'll handle all the paper work of the loan payoff, including signing the old title over to the new owner. All the while, the seller doesn't have to deal with those potential hoops, and the buyer receives temporary plates to start driving the car immediately. KeySavvy orchestrates this all with a clear dashboard that gives buyer and seller the next steps, from payment, to confirming car details, to verifying everything is set to ensure an easy transfer. They make it easy to trust when it's the right time to give hand over the keys and car to the buyer. It's a fantastically well thought out process that solves the pain that comes with some car transactions. I will be happily using this service again.
