I find it amazing that Cars & Bids was able to take my non-refundable buyers fee immediately yet KeySavvy wouldn't let me pay seller immediately. Messed with your glitchy program over 8 hours and still nothing. Poor Customer Service. Customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. Lost all confidence in Cars & Bids and any of their providers. I actually believed this until I found it to be totally false...... We are proud to offer Cars & Bids SafePay as the easiest way to complete your purchase. My perception of Cars & Bids is that they’re struggling, and as a result they don’t abide by rigid rules and standards. They seem to allow people to do fringe things just to get revenue.
