I had not heard about KeySavvy until my buyer suggested that we make the exchange there. WOW! Game Changer! This is the only way to exchange a vehicle between a buyer and seller who aren't acquainted. Very good price, very responsive, all services including paying off loan and registration / temporary license plate. And no more carrying lots of cash to meet someone you don't know. I will definitely use KeySavvy for my next private party sale or purchase!

What a superb experience to buy Tesla through keysavvy. Very smooth process. Each and every steps well explained and updated online through out whole buying process. Keysavvy also gave me EV rebates for used Tesla. The best thing is the rebate was deducted from buying price. Excellent service. No need to contact by phone , whole process was online.

KeySavvy.com was easy to use. Instructions were sequential, and it was almost impossible to make a mistake while working through the process. As a buyer of a privately owned vehicle with a lien on its title, it was imperative that my payment to the seller be escrowed by a company that could also handle dealing with the seller's lienholder and deliver the cleaned title to me once the loan was paid off. Since KeySavvy also has a dealer's license, they could also send me temporary tags/permit so I could bring the car home and use it before registering in my home state and getting permanent tags. In short, the whole process was slick and quick.

Bought a used Tesla from a private seller. Seller had a loan and instead of simply walking into his bank and paying off in cash his balance and giving him the balance in cash and me walking out with the title, he insisted in using Keysavvy, which he had never used. I had to link my account to a 3rd party merchant, pay them for the car who paid Keysavvy, who paid the seller. Transfer was from seller to Keysavvy to me. Upon receipt of transfer docs mileage was off 11,000 miles less. Keysavvy accepted photo of odometer,(Tesla app shows mileage always) guaranteed matter corrected. Today 3 1/2 months later matter remains not corrected car unusable fraudulent mileage, Keysavvy still unable to resolve...

On their website Keysavvy explicitly states NOT to use USPS to send documentation to them. They recommend UPS or FedEx (which is what we used). However when sending out a check to us Keysavvy uses (you guessed it) the United States Post Office (USPS). That’s a textbook double standard. And guess what?… it’s been two full weeks since they said they sent out the check. Still no money from them. I’ve lost trust.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration with the delay. We use USPS for outgoing checks to help keep our service affordable — and because checks are easy for us to replace if they’re ever delayed or lost. For faster payment, most sellers choose direct deposit, which delivers funds securely within one business day or faster for many banks. If your check still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at [email protected] so we can issue a replacement right away. We don’t recommend customers send vehicle titles or documents via USPS because those items are much harder (and slower) to replace if lost in transit.

Transaction with Keysavvy is fully digital (online), very easy to understand, straightforward and convenient! Agents are always there to answer questions or concerns throughout the process. I would recommend to anyone as a safe, secure way to purchase a car if you prefer not to use cash transactions.
