Gotta say as an older car guy I had never heard of KeySavvy before when a potential car buyer was looking at my daughter’s car on a Friday had mentioned if I’d be willing to use them. I researched them and being the car sale hinged on using them I reluctantly started the process. They were fast responding and got the ball rolling. Met with the buyer on Wednesday, she had already deposited her money into KeySavvy so when we met to give her the keys I watched her push the pay button and almost immediately my phone received a email saying congratulations. The money showed up in my daughter’s account first thing in the morning. It was a little nerve wracking waiting till it posted but everything worked well. I’ll use them again, all the pre check stuff with the title I would appreciate if I was a buyer. It researched all previous title stuff, accidents repair stuff that would be difficult for a buyer standing at a car lot expecting honesty. Thanks Dave J

Everything was easy and quick. They answered all questions. And only paid $79 for the listing cause the buyer paid the other half. Sold my tesla for 4k more since the buyer qualified for the 4k federal tax incentive

I was very apprehensive to use an online dealer to sell my car but KeySavvy made the process so easy, I felt completely secure throughout the process. The human customer service people were so professional and thoughtful; they understood the concerns I had and gave me the assurance I needed. I'm convinced this is the only way to sell vehicles online now.

The seller and the company never mentioned about lock actuator on right door doesn't work when I lock the car, and it smells cat piss inside of the car.

I had never used an intermediary to complete a private sale of a car. Given the final sale price was $22K, and it was an out of state buyer. I was concerned about how I would receive the payment (e.g. Cash, check, Cashiers Check, etc.). Using Keysavvy, made the process (Bill of Sale, NMVTIS Title Report, transfer of title, etc.) all streamlined and online. It also allowed the buyer to receive the Federal Tax Rebate for and EV !! I would definitely use KeySavvy again.
