I purchased many Kreuigs and loved everyone EXCEPT the Kreuig Supreme. 1-2 mo it breaks I get it replaced then it last again 1-2 mo before issues with it like steam, smoke coming out add water lite when it full. Now they are giving me a hard time replacing it. It’s defective and they won’t listen. I had to bring my older version Kreuig out now. Customer service had me send 6 emails with photos and they said the photos aren’t legible.

After 5 months my k-supreme plus smart machine no longer turns on. It always had issues with needing to be descaled almost weekly and giving error codes. I was always able to reset it as per the manual until now. It smells burnt and Keurig will not even attempt to rectify the situation they escalated it to the higher department who is support to call you in 24-48 hours; well that was almost 2 weeks ago and no call or nothing. Save your money!

I ordered online from their keurig.com website. They claim orders shipped same day, delivered in 3-7 business days. This is a wrong wrong statement. First they show products available and you order them and even pay them but then they cancel due to out of inventory. Second they list items online but again they do not have it in hand and that gets shipped if/once they get them. Third, some part of the shipment they say they’ve sent but their carrier never gets the package because I trust there is no such package. I got my lesson real well from keurig.com website and will never use and trust this online ordering system that they’ve come up with again. This was just a bad joke

I ordered the brewer on Keurig.com and the purchase was fairly straightforward even though their site has some sort of glitch with my bank and I had to change payments methods to get it to process. Shipping was as expected. However, things get absolutely unsatisfactory from there. My brewer has a problem where it sometimes shuts off when the brew button is pushed. Queue my weeklong struggle with their customer support to try to get a replacement brewer. There were numerous phone calls and numerous emails. They needed a picture of the brewer and a note with my name, the date, and my service request number. 1st try, a separate picture of the brewer and the note (rejected). 2nd try, I printed a picture and wrote the note on the print out (rejected). 3rd try, I wrote a note and took a picture of the note in front of the brewer. This despite the fact that I bought it directly from their website and the problem surfaced the first day I owned the unit. Now I'm waiting to see if they will accept my latest submission. Do yourself a favor and buy a machine locally where you can return it seamlessly if it is defective. Oh, judging by my experience and that of other friends and associates, their quality has gone down the toilet so you may very well need support.

Absolutely the worst on the planet I have purchased several of these as gifts I have them in my home and our RV and nothing but problems I called customer service could care less it sure is not the same service that they used to provide I believe it’s a different manufacture or something but this coffee pot is crap

Poor Quality: The Keurig K900 almost lasted 1 year and a half before it stop working. It would not power up ( won't turn on)... So I called Keurig customer service and they said could not help me. Overall, I think this is a great example of product obsolescence. In the end, Keurig products are designed to be of poor quality so that they can sell you another poor product in the end again...

Overall their program is OK so long as you don't encounter issues. However, if you must contact their customer support team be prepared for long calls and no real support. They essentially repeat what you can already see online in your account, and will offer a free box of coffee to hopefully appease you. If you need actual help in resolving an issue, you're out of luck.

The orders for pods are always fine, but I have been trying to order a starter pack for the past 2 days and it is impossible because of the horrible website and app. I have tried ordering from the website on PC, I have tried the app, I have tried the website on my phone in mobile and desktop mode. Every time I get to choose your pods and I try to add any it goes back to the top of the page and doesn't add anything. Out of all the tries I got it to add pods 1 time, but then it won't let me move to the next step. This is utterly ridiculous. I have spent hours trying to place this order. I give up. It's 2022 and this website works like it was made in 1992. As soon as my pods are used up I guess I will switch to Nespresso.
