They state 30 day returns, but your on the phone with them for over an hour. They ask, email, address, all the information they already have. Say they are going to send you an email with a return label etc. had to call back and ask for it again!

My water reservoir started leaking and I called keurig customer service ans they were amazing they are actually sending me a new reservoir no charge no shipping fees I will definitely be calling them for all my Keurig needs

I recently bought a k-duo keurig. I did not get 10 cups of coffee out of the machine before it would not work. It was brand new. After much frustration I decided to call the customer service department! #fail! The lady did not speak English well at all, which is super frustrating. After an hour on the phone and upside down pictures she agreed to expedite a new machine out. I would not recommend this product, the customer service is terrible to deal with, and she was sorry I couldn’t have a cup of coffee. I would recommend a handstand on your head while shoving sand in your Anterior Superior Spine before I would recommend buying Keurig products.

I made the mistake of calling the customer service line and it was terrible. I had to ask the gentleman several times what he was saying because his English was horrible. He spent more time trying to get my personal information than helping with the problem. As soon as I tried explaining what was wrong he volunteered that I could get a new machine for 20% off. I had to ask him if I could repair my coffee maker. He quickly said no. While I wasted my time with this guy I had unplugged the machine. When I plugged it back in it had reset and worked fine. Don’t call these fools..

The Machine worked well until it broke and therein lies the problem, Dealing with their customer service is a disaster, they want all kinds of pictures and serial numbers. I took pictures of the serial number on the back, however that was not good enough for them, then after complying with their minutia detail, they would not exchange the product unless I had the receipt The unit was just over a year old, I finally found my credit card receipt but that was not good enough for their service department, and every time I I called I had to go thru the standard process of sticking a paper clip thru the holes which by the way was not the problem it was related to a failure of the the amount of coffee coming out It was always on maximum. I would NEVER buy their system again as they do everything in their power not to repair the junk.

I love the size and color of my first Keurig. However, it wasn't as impressive as I thought it would be. Within the first 3 weeks of use, the dispensed nozzle started to leak. I have to put a napkin under it after every use to catch any drips that still come out.

We bought a Keurig slim coffee machine that was defective, I called Keurig Co. and they replaced the machine at no cost, The problem is that they sent a different machine that takes a different reusable filter, they did not tell us about that. When we called back to tell them they charged us $15, for 1 reusable filter but neglected to tell us that the pod holder has to be removed every time to use it. So I wasted t total of $35. for reusable pods (12 pods with the single needle and a useless 5 needle pod) Will never deal with this company again Linda Idies
