I called Keurig the descaler option isn’t working. A representative told me since I only have the Keurig 6 months it is under warranty. I sent all the information they needed and Received a reply back the Keurig isn’t covered under warranty. Company doesn’t back their product!

Bought my Keurig K-Express Essentials from a local -box store no problem for the first 7 months. Descale light came on so i started the descale process from the owners manual half way through the rinse cycle Keurig shuts off never started back. Called customer no service and they told me that it was not a warrantable failure. WILL NOT BE REPLACING THE UNIT!!!!!!!!!

I agree 100% with all of the reviews on this Keurig product and it's, what they call customer service, with a [person that you can hardly understand, It is worthless. If you can afford to buy this product every year then have at it. So, So very disappointed

I had my second Keurig stop working, this time it was the control panel. The unit would not let you select the size of the cup and would either not pour at all or would just pour without you knowing, super dangerous with the hot water. The Keurig unit was one month out of warranty, at first the lady said she would get me a new one, then after a 10 minute wait, she stated she could not exchange it and offered me another unit at 20% off which is more than I paid for the Keurig machine. They offered no other solution and I wrote in again, and they continued to talk about their pathetic 20% off offer. I will never buy another Keurig or allow any of the offices I manage to purchase a Keurig machine. Their customer service needs lessons in customer service.

Just had my 3rd. Yes 3rd Keurig stop working. Water will not go through. I used the descaler, I followed all the manufacturer's instructions and yes, I know how to use the machine. Will never purchase from them again and I threw the 3rd machine in the trash because that is where it belongs. What pieces of crap. Don't buy. You'll be sorry.

I have wrote them twice about machine issues with different machines this last was descaling sticks to the machine can NOT get it out I have changed the water tank to a new one I had, washed all removable parts, ran water thru the machine emptying it 3 times & still its there.. wrote Keurig with NO response, trying to remember my last issue (sorry memory at times) but I know they did not reply ended up buying a new machine.. so this is machine 4 will NOT buy again.. it was only one I knew for pods.. did not have time to look around.. that is another thing I use Keurig approved coffee Victor Allen OR the fill it yourself approved pod filler & lately keeps telling me ooops won't work.. have to play with it for 5 minutes to get it to work.. who wants to do this BEFORE coffee... their lack of response shows their lack of concern

Awful. Simply awful. I so wish I had never ordered from keurig.com. Their service is appalling. The staff are programmed to give rote responses and cannot speak English. Delivery times are so long. Return policy is onerous. Be warned and do not buy from keurig.com. I made a big mistake here.
