Never again. I have purchased 3 coffee makers and none of them last thru the warranty period. Customer service is a pain trying to get warranty service. It only does one thing...coffee. Not worth the headache or the price. Would never recommend. I am moving on.....

Monkeys could do a better job!
I have never dealt with a company staffed by Keystone cops, but I now know where they all work. Never got the same rep twice, there are a few good ones - too few. Each time I called I would have to explain the history of my problem and each time the history grew.
My old Keurig K-Kup Machine died after several good years of service. My new Keurig K-Cafe received 3/1/23 made a good cup of coffee but the attached milk frother unit was DOA so no latte's or capp's. The saga as best I can recall follows. The conversations shortened to just give important parts of the conversation and to keep my blood pressure under control. I don't want to relive this nightmare any more than to warn you off of dealing with Keurig customer schizophrenic service.
-- First call 3/2 to CS Rep - I explained the problem - Rep "OK we'll send you a new FROTHER UNIT AND REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS - call ended, I was pleased - a bit later I got an email stating I would receive a new "frother cup." - WHAT?- 2nd call - ME "The problem is not the frother cup, it's the unit itself" - Rep -"Understand and agree that the previous rep was mistaken. The frother unit is not detachable. Just send a copy of the amazon receipt, a pic of the S/N, and a pic of the following specific info ( name, date, address, CS Number etc.) on a piece of paper taken in front of the machine, and we'll send a new machine." 3rd call Today, Tuesday 3/7 to inquire of status . . . New Rep said "we did not receive requested information . . . send again and call back in 20 min." 4th call - Me "Did you get data this time? yet another Rep "Yes, but the info on the paper in front of the machine was typed out, it should have been hand written." Me - ( after a stunned reaction ) "OK if I write out exactly the same information by hand that you see there, is that all you need? - Rep "YES! Same info, just hand written, not typed." 5th call - Me "I sent new handwritten note as requested by the previous rep, did you get it?" The newest Rep requested the history of the problem and interrupted me to say "I understand the problem, I'll send you a replacement frother unit."- Me "NOOO Just look at my previous email and try and understand what I am trying to do here. - Rep (after putting me on hold ) "Oh I see, but this is only one picture" - Me, "Yes I know, you need to look at the previous email. It has three other pics including a typed one that the previous rep said needed to be hand written" - Rep "This hand written data is not what we need" - Me "This is the same information I had on the typed note and I asked the last rep if that is all that was required on the handwritten one and she said yes!" - Rep "Let me review again" -- Back on hold -- Finally - - "we'll send another machine in 7 to 10 days"
. . . and now we wait . . . I can only hope at this point, but my confidence is low.
OMG I got an email from Keurig saying that after review they could not approve the replacement machine because they did not have the amazon proof of delivery. I called yet again and was told that the picture with the handwritten data was not accepted, Wait the email said the Amazon data was missing - Now I'm convinced that Keurig must be owned by a pharmaceutical company that sells anxiety meds and selling coffee machines is just a way of making people buy their dangerous anti-anxiety drugs . . . I wasn't a lunatic before this experience but now . . . Anyway, After I went medieval on the rep, she agreed that the machine would be replaced and that she would send an email to that effect. True to her word I have that email. Whether or not an actual machine will show up is anyone's guess.
You might be wondering why I just didn't contact Amazon - I did - but since I bought the machine THROUGH Amazon and not FROM Amazon that opened another can of worms. The original seller Aramar Depot did come through and had Amazon send a return label. (which at this point I probably should have used) However since the 2nd Keurig rep said I could use the current machine to at least make regular coffee, while they shipped a new one, I asked Amazon to extend the return window just in case dealing with Keurig proved problematic and I made both companies aware of that fact. I didn't want anyone to think I was pulling a fast one. So if Keurig turns out to be a total failure I guess I can use instant coffee while I return the machine through Amazon and wait for a replacement. (not ideal) - I just hope I don't have to resort to that.

Less than a year
Less than a year
My Father bought a Keurig K-Compact Single-Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker less than a year ago at Walmart. Coffee maker doesn't heat up and making all kinds of noises. I call customer service on March 5, 2023 spoke to one representative she said the product was discontinued because it was defective, then offered me a 20% off coupon towards the purchase of another on their website. I disagreed after stating the unit was less than one year old and I was a long time customer of their products and that her offer was unacceptable. Then the representative had another rep talk with me, he told me the product was not discontinued and asked if I had a receipt. I told him my father did not have it. He told me the product was manufactured in 2017 and since there was no receipt they go back to the date the product was manufacture and he can only offer me a 50% discount on one purchased on their website. He also told me that this model was no longer available and that there is no warranty being offered. However I seen today this day March 6, 2023 on Walmart.com and from three other retailers selling this model. It is also selling on Amazon, and Overstock. How can retailers sell a product where the manufacturer doesn’t warranty a product? Very Upset and Disappointed hopefully no other person purchase this product and then finds out when the product goes bust within the year the manufacturer doesn’t honor their warranty on their product? Also the second rep told me he would have corporate call me. The way the whole conversation happen I am not holding my breath. Do yourself a favor and purchase your product from a reliable manufacture. And what's funny Keurig claims their Keurig® brewers are high-quality appliances and, with proper care are intended to provide years of satisfying performance!

We have also used keurig coffee makers…
We have also used keurig coffee makers in the past, but we bought one of their new style coffee makers in October of 2022 and 3 months of use and it started having issues. I tried descaling it several times and did everything their trouble shooting told us to do and it just got worse. I called to try to get them to fix it and after much time of them telling me what to do, I then sent them all that they required. They rejected my request to have them fix it saying "We could not process your request due to one of the following reasons:
• No delivery confirmation indicating that the order has been delivered from Amazon". I had sent them the email from them saying my unit for the order had been delivered, (I sent them their email of the order too). I then responded to that rejection and asked them what should I send in place and asked for an example. I received no response. I will never buy a Keurig product again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I have wasted hours on chat line, e-mail, and now 45 minutes on the phone to the Phillipines to straighten out their errors in a starter kit commitment to purchase 16 boxes of coffee over the course of a year. I had done so, but they have no record of it,.....Even though the purchases are clearly on my account through their own website. They want to just keep sending you coffee on a scheduled basis, and hope you forget about the original commitment.
Their coffee makers have clearly gone down in quality over the past few years. They only last 1/4-1/2 as long as the earlier models. Now, with this admin and customer service failure, I give up. I'm not doing Keuring any longer.

I have bought multiple Keurigs and…
I have bought multiple Keurigs and they’re not cheap!! They do not last for me!! I use it all day long and it just can’t keep up!! We use only K cups so it’s not that!! I’ve descaled them multiple times! I’m very very upset and have decided to go back to a normal coffee pot! It makes mad sad because I wasted a lot of coffee until I started using the Keurig! Saddens me they can’t keep up for what they are used for
