Signed up for a coffee subscription for my Mom who loved the Kahlua coffee. When I was told by hospice that my mother only had a couple days left I canceled the auto delivery (she still had 70+ pods left). Imagine my surprise when a month after she died I get charged for ANOTHER auto delivery.
Do NOT setup a coffee subscription with Keurig.

Junk. Cheap plastic
Purchase the Keurig Iced, hot/cold from Keurig.com. For the past 3 years, I've been using my mini Keurig without issue. I decided to upgrade to the new Keurig because it has a water reservoir.
The new machine is made of flimsy plastic. The plastic is so weak that when trying to brew a cup, the pressure causes the top to open. I use refillable pods. At first, I thought the issue was caused by my pods having too much coffee. I then tried a pod with 1 T of grinds, instead of the 2 I normally use. Unfortunately, the top still popped open from the pressure. I contacted Keurig and I'm currently waiting for a new machine. I am leaving this review on trust pilot, because I was unable to leave one on Keurig.com. Amazon was also blocking reviews from those who did not purchase directly thru AMZ.

We are now on our fourth Keurig Duo and…
We are now on our fourth Keurig Duo and they want to send me a fifth. I want my money back instead. Four replacement coffee makers within the one-year warranty period. Why would I want another Keurig with this track record? They have a defective design and will not admit it. Told me they can't do a refund because I purchased the original unit from Amazon. I kept asking if they manufactured the unit and why they will not stand behind their products. They wanted to send me another one of these units. Do not buy Keurig.

JUNK!
I love Keurig. More accurately, I USED to love Keurig. Purchased my first Keurig pod coffeemaker back in about 2004 when they first became available on the home market. I had that first machine for at least 10 years, before finally deciding to retire it and upgrade. As I recall, the biggest difference was that the new machine had a much larger water tank capacity. And, I loved it also. I can’t even count all the people I sold on Keurig during those years. That machine, too, was a high-quality, well built coffeemaker that served me well for many years. Then they came out with the K-Café series that did it all. Not only could I make regular coffee, I could also froth milk and make lattes, cappuccinos, et al. The only problem with it was the frother didn’t froth. I was run on some weird magnetic system with no which or moving parts and merely made warm milk, but very little froth. I wasn’t happy, especially after the $200+ price tag, but I still loved the Keurig coffee and just bought a separate frother to use with it. Unfortunately, the build quality was going downhill fast and the machine died exactly 2 months after the 1-year warranty ended. Being stupid, and still liking Keurig, I justified that I had merely gotten a lemon and replaced it with another of the same model. After about a year, it was still working, but they came out with a new model with a redesigned frother that had a whisk system and was a “smart” coffeemaker that would run with my home wifi. I jumped head first and laid out another $250. I was pleased at the ease of setup and had it completely up and running in mere minutes. (My entire home is automated and connected via wifi, every wall switch and plug, my TV’s, sound systems, major appliances, window blinds, security system and cams, etc. All told, I have over 75 items in my house hooked up via wifi (with a very strong wifi system) and would consider myself to be an expert at configuring it all.) Anyway, I digress. While the new Keurig setup in minutes, I quickly found the quality of the newly-designed frother gave results not much better than the old one. Fine, I still had my separate frother, but at least the new Keurig was automated. And it worked fine….for it’s entire lifetime of 2 months and 10 days. I immediately called customer support and got a very nice offshore rep, who proceeded to run me through all the troubleshooting that I had performed before calling. She then informed me that I had a defective machine, but not to worry as Keurig would get me a replacement immediately. I just had to jump through a few hoops and supply them with purchase invoice, proof of delivery and pics of the machine, including one pic of the machine with my name, date and service request number, all handwritten on a pice of paper in the pic with the machine, plus a pic of the miniscule serial number on the back of the machine. I followed her directions to the letter and got it all sent off to them within an hour or so. That’s when the fun began. A short while later I received an email telling me I had not fulfilled their requirements correctly and they could not process the replacement. I immediately wrote back, asking for a clarification, as I had done EXACTLY as instructed. No answer, so I wrote again. No answer. The third time, I sent a very upset and long letter demanding an answer. Still, nothing. Then, out of the blue, I receive a return shipping label for my own machine, which I had been previously told I was to use once my new machine arrived. I wrote asking about that. Again, silence. So, I called again and was told a replacement team had approved my warranty replacement and a new machine had been shipped. When asked why I had not been notified and just left hanging, the rep offered no answer. The new machine arrived quickly and, before even setting it up, I packed the defective machine in the mew machine’s box and had it ready for UPS. Then I went to setup the new machine. It would not setup at all. I spent over an hour trying to get it to setup and nothing. So, I called in again and the offshore rep ran me through all the troubleshooting I had already spent an hour doing. She finally gave in and said it obviously had a problem she was unable to handle and she would have to escalate it to a higher tech level and they would call me the next day. Late the next day, I got an email informing me they were unable to contact me as their number was blocked. Interesting, as I had turned off all my screening and call blocking on my phone to make sure I wouldn’t miss their call. I wrote back and told them that and to call again. This happened 3 times. They never did get me. Though, it wouldn’t have mattered as I had found this machine to be even more defective than the first. It wouldn’t even allow me to make a cup of coffee manually. So, they had replaced my defective unit with an even more defective unit.

Descale issues
Descale issues. Would give negative stars if available. Turn into bricks. Two junk K-Supreme makers in 6 months. Will only send replacement. Don't want to keep this going. Only refund if purchased from website. Place of purchase will only refund within 30 days. Terrible company, terrible service, terrible products. Spend your money wisely, NOT on Keurig.

never received the return label for the coffee maker with the de scale issue. the replacement coffee maker was wrong color and smelled like heavy plastic. was given another return authorization. now we have two coffee makers that we cant use and no return label. we called and they sent a return label. we sent the original issue coffee maker back. hey said the serial number didnt match. they sent another return label. we sent the replacement coffee maker back. we have no coffee maker since 2/18. the customer service people are all liars. one said they would send us another coffee maker. we called someone after to get the tracking and no record of sending us anything.another said we cant get one until they received the second one back. Another said it was sent to a higher department and they would call us back. no coffee maker. no call back. they have two of our coffee makers we have proof both were delivered and signed for and we have no coffee maker. the callback was since 3/21 ? really over 3 weeks. what a bunch of sorry people that they call customer service. how about customer dis service. we want a new coffee maker sent to us or send back our original one that had the descale issue, how can we send you two coffee makers and we have none ? what a scam. another loss for honest customers.
