I would also like to give zero stars, but this forum does not let me. I was so angry that the first Keurig I owned only lasted 60 days, but I was able to return the old one and get a new one. The new one lasted only 60 days also. The only way to get around this issue is to keep purchasing it from a company that will allow you to return within 60 days, and keep buying/returning - this is no solution. It is a garbage machine. Don't waste your money.

Keurig needs to address and correct these issues that people are complaining about. I bought a K Supreme in Dec 22 and it shut down today. Motor just stopped. Descale light came on month 4. Waste of money, I'll look for a different brand. Only 8 months of use.

Horrible "customer service" - non existant. Good luck if you have to deal with them on anything. Will consider buying a different brand next time. What a joke!

We have auto delivery which is fine, BUT this order was damaged and all the starbucks pod boxes inside were damaged and open. It appears the outer box had something heavy placed on it, crumpling the box, tearing it and causing the tape to come loose. I called customer service and, of course had to speak to someone with a heavy accent, to resolve this issue and was told it was not Keurig's issue, but starbucks. I then did a live chat and am now waiting 3 days for a resolution. Keurig apparently didn't want to be responsible for the damage. The shipping box is not being packaged as it was in the past, to protect the merchandise. We are discontinuing our shipment with Keurig because of the horrible customer service and will now get our pods from another place and for a cheaper price. FYI, Keurig is replacing the damaged order and will arrive in 3 to 7 days.

Unfortunately, I am done with Keurig. Bought a new K-duo special edition a year ago. The individual cup side stopped brewing a cup of coffee, even though I use bottled water, their descaling solution and water filters (and faithfully use). I tried every trouble shooting tip available from Keurig to no avail. So today, I called their customer service, and spent 39 minutes on the phone going through their troubleshooting tips again, on phone with an agent. At the end she told me the machine needed to be replaced, I was one day out of warranty and they would be happy to offer me 20% off a new Keurig machine. Said no thank you and tossed it in the trash. Then I purchased a Cuisinart. I have found their products to be better anyway, more reliable and they offer much better customer service should you need it. Don’t wast your time on a Keurig unless you want to by a new one every year!

IF there was a no star rating for this product and company, I will definitely click on that. Keurig has no quality control for their products, meaning your coffee maker could last few months to a year plus tops. And when you make complains about it to customer service, they offer little to no solution especially if you are out of your warranty. I have had several coffee makers and even the very low cost coffee machine for around 29.99 are more effective and last longer than keurig. Company is now a joke and their products are sib standard.

This company is a joke. Not even 4 months old smart coffee maker for $250 stopped working. Contacted customer service. Was told to send 2 photos, one of the serial# and ne of the coffee maker with name, date and claim# and after approval new coffee maker will be mailed and in the meantime I have to ship the broken one back. Unfortunately my photos were not good enough and got denied. Submitted new photos, the same story. Was told that my broken coffee maker needs to be shipped back first and inspected!!!! What a joke. Never again Keurig!

Do not buy a smart brewer from keurig. They are not worth the money. You will continue to waste your kcups due to not brewing properly. & don’t try to descale it, it will burn it up. Customer service is a joke.
