Their customer service is a joke. The AI chatbot cannot understand basic inquiries. And the humans (when they finally join) cannot read either apparently. If you're unhappy with a product, you're stuck with it. Just unsubscribed and will never buy from them again.

My Keurig was purchased 2/14/24 and died 4/27/24. Getting any satisfaction from Keurig customer service has been nonexistent. I returned the item but no response from Keurig. Apparently they don’t honor their warranty.

I have placed 2 orders of ground coffee with Keurig and both times the bags of coffee were open, the first box that arrived had leaked so much coffee in my home that it took over and hour to rid myself of every coffee ground. The second box came with about a pound of tape covering every spot that coffee could leak out of. I have not even opened the box because all I hear is loose coffee grounds. I was actually going to do an auto shipment withKeurig but after getting 2 bad shipments in a row, I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN EVER!!

I have been given the run around with Keruig. They are the worst to deal with. They insist on handwritten letters and not typed letters. They claim your photos are no good. They find every excuse they can to not stand by their products and do what they tel the customer they will do. Never by a Keruig Co coffee maker. The customer service and horrible. This all started April 13, 2024 when my keruig stopped working after a year and an half. I called customer service and it had been nothing but a run around.

I bought a new kurig machine two months ago the coffee is bitter and undrinkable. I called customer support three times and could not get a solution. Avoid this product line at all cost.

The worst coffee maker in the industry....I am on my forth machine and last. The descale doesn't work....no MORE! I am going to try other machines...Don't buy this piece of junk....
