At least 5 months to ship something?
It wouldn’t be so bad if it’s taken 5 months to ship a product. Actually, it hasn’t even shipped yet. I think the most frustrating thing is that there weren’t any proactive updates about shipping delays. I only know about the delays because i reached out to them multiple times.

Still waiting on product
Still waiting on product - never delivered! Uses UPS who are horrible. FedEx or even USPS or Canada Post would be much better delivery option.

Hi, We agree that UPS is not ideal from USA -> Canada. We now have better delivery methods to Canada including Canada Post from our warehouse in Victoria BC. Best, Remy

Never received !!!!!! And bought with express delivery for 23$ more !!
I payed for EXPRESS DELIVERY ... I never received the item or just only the tracking number !!!
