Produkt: Essential Modal Tee (schwarz). Nach dem ersten Tragen (3 Tage) - riecht nicht - verliert schnell die schärfe und "fusselt" - nach dem Wasche (30 C, schonend, ohne Weichspüler) ist es deutlich größer geworden und sitzt nun wie ein Nachthemd.

Ordered my adaptobel handles and arrived within a week. Be aware that you need to pay import tax with the courier in the UK. It does tell you this but some people don't actually read it! Went to use the handles today and one side of one handle does not screw fully. I have raised the issue with kensui and awaiting response. I will update this review following any updates...

Customer service is not responsive. I tried contacting them four times no response.

Part of it was already hanging off with only a bit of glue holding it in place. Seems to come undone easily too. Really disappointing, especially for the price.

Finger weg. Das Produkt wird erst mit EUR 55,- angeboten, im Warenkorb steht dann EUR 6.006,- und im Bestellprozess sind es EUR 64,90. Als ich dem Support eine Email schreiben wollte, kam die postwendend zurück. Und tatsächlich, die Email auf der Webseite passt nicht mal zur Domain. Der Laden kann nicht echt sein.

Customer support is pretty much absent and item arrived defective/falling apart. I've been waiting to hear back for over 3 weeks regarding basic product information in an email exchange. and phone calls go straight to voicemail. My YinYang Pros arrived with no padding or protection, just a thin form fitting box. They were sloppily assembled and the screw didn't even line up; resulting in one end falling off immediately after removing them from the box.

My order was messed up, one side of the Max handles was machined improperly. The company did right, by offering a return. I suggested to just give me 2pr of the Pro's and we'd call it even. (The 2 Pros are like 80$, 1 Max is 100$ Instead I get 2 handles, and not even the posts to go along with them. We'll see how long it takes. to get this unscrewed up. I have 2 beefs with the product. The Pros hold 140pds, yet you cant buy the metal posts that come with Max, separately. They are alittle over an inch longer than Pro Nylon ones. Or make the Nylon ones longer. I dont like using big plates, so I stick with using 10pd plates. Second. The Nylon posts aren't threaded all the way. So if you are trying to just make a 10lb DB, you have to use 2-2.5lb plates to be able to fasten the weights tight. Otherwise are loose, with about 1/8 in gap. Someone didnt really think that through. Overall I like them, I just think they have been poorly thought out.
