I ordered a vest 10days ago... Fell for the post order fishing of the "water filled 35lb plates" (I think it may be trash, but I was curious and COVID bored). I saw all the questionable reviews about delivery dates and lack of comms. Seems there were so many negative reviews on the Kensui site that feedback reviews have been disabled and hidden. But I ordered anyway; I'm technically in no hurry. Within 24hours after my order confirmation, I received a USPS tracking number with a shipping confirmation.I assumed they'd gotten their *fecal matter* together. As of today the tracking info claims the label has been printed, yet nothing has been delivered to the post office to be shipped. I've heard nothing from this company about the delay. Granted, on the site it mentions to expect a delay due to COVID, just not how long a delay. This review is based on my experience so far, I will update. (Just 24hrs after I posted this, day 12 AFTER I received the shipping notice I check the tracking number to see it was finally delivered to the USPS yesterday. Delivery estimated for early in the next week. However, I only know this because I keep periodically checking the the tracking number on the USPS site; Kensui has not provided any additional updates since the inaccurate shipping confirmation almost 2 weeks ago. (24 hrs after this update i got another, this time actual ship confirmation; i'll upgrade rating to 3*s, they could communicate more but definitely not as bad an experience as some have reported) Definitely not as bad as some have reported, bust still frustrating, given no reassuring notices or updates came since then.)

I ordered a weighted vest for my 30th birthday. It came with 2" spinlock bars that didn't fit the universal 1" weight plates most often used. I then made an order on the 7th July for the 1" spinlock bars. It has been over 2 months now and I still haven't received the spinlock bars I need to do any training with the vest. All the communication with them has been me trying to find out where my order is and they have just blamed the whole thing on coronavirus. I would not buy from Kensui Fitness ever again.

I ordered my vest right at the beginning og the corona pandemic, planning to use the vest for my corona-workouts. Unfortunately, I first received my vest after 3 months. The vest is great, but i would never have bought from there, if i knew the wait would be so long. A lot of people have this problem, and the custumer service isnt that great.

I ordered their Ez vest max on the 30th of may. on the website it said that i would get a tracking number after 7 days. now it has been over 2 weeks and have not even been informed if my order has been shipped. it is very difficult to get in touch with the costumer service. A LOT of people have had the same experience. When having paying costumers it is Kensuis job to inform the costumers about delays etc. For me it is not worth the hassle and frustration and i would advice people against buying from kensui (even though the quality may be worth the money). i have heard about people waiting over 3 month before getting the products. maybe one day i will receive it.
