KensuifitnessReviews of kensuifitness.com

It arrived super-fast-- I got the vest in like a day and a half after ordering it. Maybe I live close to the warehouse. Components seem to be very high quality and there aren't any significant signs of wear or tear after a few months of near daily use. I would recommend this product to a friend if I had any friends.

very good so great

Great design, great packaging and also fast shipping from Kensui ! The vest is convenient to use, easy to wear or to take it out, adjustment of the vest is as easy as wearing a belt! The vest has a veey unique design as it makes me feel like iron-man when I put on. Worth evey penny !

un prodotto per lo sport innovativo, concepito per l'allenamento in generale, curato nei minimi particolari, ad oggi ne ho già acquistati 4

I love this equipment! It comes in handy for my weighted calisthenics routines. This vest allows me to adjust to the desired weight with ease and I use it for weighted pull ups, dips, push ups, runs, and light jogs! The padding around the vest makes it comfortable to wear and I often get compliments in the gym when people ask where this weighted vest is from! :)

I have been using the Kensui vest for the past 2 years and it has helped me improve my strength and overall fitness. If you are serious about fitness, invest in kensui fitness.

As others have stated this company processes your transaction and gives you absolutely no update what so ever on anything. For the three weeks chasing these people down. I only managed to get them on the phone once in regards to my order. I was told due to China lock down there's a bit of a delay. Mind you this was 5 days of not receiving any update. I had to be the one to call to find this out. Now two weeks later, endless phone calls that send you straight to voicemail and countless emails and nothing. Complete darkness. I had to file a claim with my bank to undergo an investigation with this company. They credited me my money and will now chase kensui down for the money. This is purely ridiculous. After some research which I'm mad I didn't do in the first place this company has only been in business since 2019. Probably just a bunch of stupid college kids that came up with an idea and have absolutely no idea how to execute the business behind it Stay away like others have stated.

Summary: Product not as described or high-quality. Company unresponsive to complaints (weeks-long process to get an answer). Company unwilling to accept fault when they substituted an item in my order without my permission. No-questions money-back guarantee not honoured. I bought three items, the EZ-Vest, the extra-wide padding for the straps, and the SWVL. After waiting several weeks for the product to be shipped they informed me they were holding the order due to one item not being in stock despite being listed in stock on the website. I also had to chase them for this information. Once I brought it up, they shipped the items separately. Then the item was not as described/pictured on the website and the quality of the finish was poor for a premium product. I chased them across email and the chat function on their website. Again, for several weeks. When I eventually received a response, I did NOT receive the no-questions-asked, no-hassle money-back guarantee advertised prominently on their website. Instead I was offered additional products that I did not want, reasons the product I received was better than the one I purchased, protestations that substituting an item without my permission does not violate a contract of sale (it does). I asked to be refunded and gave them over a week to do so. This process has now stretched on far enough. I cannot recommend dealing with Kensui in any way, shape or form.
