I recently bought the EZ-NECK and I must say it is wonderfully simple, yet incredibly useful! I’ve got other pieces of neck exercise equipment but this is the one I use the most. It has a thick piece of foam that keeps your head comfortable and safe. With a little creative thinking it can be used for other exercises, too. I definitely recommend it!

You won't receive your order. If you ask why 3 weeks go hy without it shipping, you'll receive a snarky email. I chalked my $70 up to a loss. I requested a refund, and no response.

Ik heb een tijdje geleden de Swissies V2 Max grips gekocht omdat mijn onderarmspieren (of het gebrek eraan) ervoor zorgde dat ik mijn sets altijd moest stoppen vooraleer mijn rugspieren vermoeid waren. Ik had ook geen zin om voor elke set straps te gebruiken omdat ik een eerder hoog aantal sets doe. Ik begrijp ook niet helemaal hoe het gebeurt, maar zoals het inderdaad beloofd wordt, kan ik nu mijn sets doen met de swissies zonder dat mijn grip als eerste opgeeft. De swissies zullen een 'natuurlijke' vorm hebben voor de handen waardoor je je minder moet richten op je grip en meer focus kan leggen op wat je rugspieren dienen te doen. Korte samenvatting: ik ben er heel tevreden over.

Love my open trap bar! Always enjoyed lifting but I love it way more when it’s safe and in alignment/good form. Good form + proper alignment = maximum gains. This bar helps you achieve all of this! Great design guys, keep up the good work. Neutral grip overhead press is the way to go!
