swissies have come apart .. they told me to reglue them ,still fell apart and damaged my pullup bar too

Awful company, do not buy from them! I ordered a pair of pull up handles ata cost of £40+. When the delivery finally arrived (much later than advertised on the website) it contained only the right hand handle of the pair. I had to send several emails to get a reply (no one ever answered the phone or replied to phone messages). They eventually said they would send a replacement pair. As of several days later, they still have not sent the replacement ofder to the courier for delivery. it has been over a month now. Absolute shisters with zero customer service and zero interest when something goes wrong, as appears to happen very frequently. Honestly, get one of the Amazon knock-offs for half the price, and a functioning returns / complaints policy.

The quality and engineering is something light years ahead of any other vest or vests I’ve ever owned. Definitely changing the game with this vest, it’s top notch in every aspect.

Best weight club… for a person with a stroke you can adjust the weight and I think it should be in every physical rehabilitation centre because is easy to use and one handed.

I placed an order on 2/22 and did not notice that they did post on their website the adaptabells would take 2 weeks to ship. That was my mistake, but I ordered and did not see an order confirmation email (went to spam). I did notice however that they charged my credit card. so after a week I opened a dispute with my cc company. I then noticed the 2 weeks to ship on the site and found the email. I contacted my cc company to see if I could cancel the dispute for now but they informed me that if I needed to reopen it was much more difficult and to cancel it once I received the items. I was contacted via email by Kensui who informed me that they couldn't ship the items as long as there was a chargeback. I told them all they need to do is show that they shipped and the cc company would release their funds. I also informed them that they shouldn't be charging until they actually have the items to ship. So they made a shipping invoice and sent that to the cc company but they say they still don't have the items to ship but they would be there this week. After many back and forth emails and their lack of interest in actually shipping my items I just said do what you want I will just let the chargeback stand, I feel like I would be charging back anyway as they still don't even have what I ordered to send. They would have gotten their money if they had shipped plain and simple. Regardless of me cancelling the dispute if they had proof that I got it. A legit company never charges until they fulfill an order.

Great product and makes it a lot easier to stay fit in the gym!

As I am writing this I made 2 orders with this company. All my equipments are great quality and I love them. The only downside is separate shopping on some orders. On my first order I had to wait 2 more weeks for one item. For my second order, I bought 3 items who all were shipped separately. It's been 2 weeks since I have made this order and last item has still not shipped. That's really the only negative side I have with this company at the moment. Other than that, I'm in love with their products . EDIT : I changed my ways about this company. I used to like their products but not anymore. Last time I tried to order the "ez-vest upgrade" since I had the lite version I loved and wanted to upgrade (padding and more weight on the vest) but things didn't go as I wish. I waited 3 whole weeks after completing my order for my upgrade to arrive. It never shipped, wanna know why? For the whole 3 weeks they never communicated to me about it but the joke here is that they supposedly can't ship the upgrade alone. You heard me right, if you bought the lite version and want to upgrade, you need to buy A WHOLE NEW VEST 2x the price. That's what they told me right before telling me that the ONLY difference between the lite and the pro version are the padding. So with all this information, let me put here misleading description on their products that shouldn't have got me to the point I am today. Here is the description for the vest upgrade : "For those who got the LITE Edition but want to upgrade to the Pro Edition." That's litteraly word for word the description of the item on their website and shop app page. I tried getting myself heard but they treated me as a fool over emails, not hearing what I had to say, just telling me I'm wrong and they can't ship the upgrade alone even though their website says they can. Second description : On the ez-vest page it says that the lite version go up to 80 lbs and the pro to 150 lbs. Logically this shouldn't be the case at all since the ONLY difference between the two are the padding as the worker said to me. After trying hard to get my padding, they proposed to send the padding alone for the smallest price of 50$ and of course full shipping. I laughed at this and I said no thanks. 50$ for padding is a real joke, after all this crap they should have sent it for free. Last thing, I found exactly some of their products on alibaba. Considering their shitty shipping, it wouldn't suprise me that some products do come from there. Their products are way overpriced for what they are. They are good quality and that's it, not worth their full price. I'm not spending any more dollars to this brand. Save your money people, don't buy from this shady business !
