Great purchase price on a name brand mattress that beat the big box stores and discount marts. Delivery before the holidays was on time as promised and we purchased at the last minute. Very pleased. One guest said the mattress was too hard after two nights, but the other guest said it slept great. We did buy extra firm so that can just be a matter of personal preference. We're very pleased that we weren't charged a double delivery charge for two sets. These delivery charges were highly competitive and were what cinched the deal for us. Other stores charged more for delivery and for a lesser mattress quality. Thanks Kensington!

I won't buy furniture or accessories anywhere else. Amazing customer service. Dan and all other reps there are more than happy to help you find what you need. If they dont have it then they will find it. I like the fact that they will come to my home to make sure everything fits and will swap out pieces to make it the trendiest and fitting to my space. I love this place it's the best. Dan is the man... Just doesn't get any better.

Excellent service and delivery

First visit I worked with Dan who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. Gave me a price and followed up with an email. Second visit, Dan was off, but the team called him so we could work out the final details. This is when Jerry took over and we were able to complete the purchase. This is real nice team effort.
