Agree with the others. The website looks pretty, but rarely works. Have been trying for 2 days to redeem books for feeding reading. Just spinning most of the time. It makes my kids very sad that we can't browse the books anymore. I also have recent receipts for eligible products (says so on the packaging!) denied without a valid reason. Wastes a lot of time, have to contact customer support now. I would stop bothering but my kids are already expecting to do it.

I submitted all the necessary documents on the KELLOGG's SWIG promotion last year, the item was never received. I inquired again this year, only to be told that SWIG product was no longer available, but they would send me the current SWIG promo. I was told I had to wait 10 weeks, I did; nothing came. I called, I was told it would be another 10 weeks, that passed with nothing received. I was told it would be another 10 weeks!! WOW, defrauding the consumer is their clear intent! I only gave one star because I couldn't give zero star

Even if you do manage to get through all the website issues they deny perfectly submitted receipts. Despite buying an approved product from an approved store I have not been able to get a single book out of it. SCAM

Trying to use this site is a complete waste of time. Same problems as other users . . . can never get past login screen. Save yourself the headache and buy General Mills cereal. 😂

Can't access log in, can't join and can't see what books you can order. Customer service said, ok sorry but in 7 to 10 days we might be able to help.

Terrible website! I would give a negative 10 if I could. I made an account at feedingreading.com as requested and logged in 20 + times and it never took me to any page to upload my receipt for the free books. It just keeps circling back to a login page. Ridiculous! I’m deleting my account with them, if I can login that is!

Never was able to upload the receits, even resized ones. Clearly it is swindle. Will try to avoid their products at all.

Like everyone else, issues uploading receipts and the “submit” buttons not working. Also, NOT happy that no matter how many Kelloggs products are on your receipt you only get ONE credit/point for the receipt, not points for the products themselves. The old program gave you a point balance for each product. I contacted Kelloggs via email about it and got this canned response… You are correct. Uploading a receipt will generate one token regardless of how many participating products purchased on that receipt. Up to 5 successfully submitted receipts per day. Each month, once you earn 5 tokens, you will get a reward of your choice. You can earn tokens in a variety of ways. Uploading receipt - 1 token Take a quiz = 1 token Watch a video = 1 token Take a survey = 1 token Our promotions are provided as a bonus to those who purchase our products. We strive to offer a variety of opportunities that will appeal to as many consumers as possible. Uh, yeah…bonus for a lot of being jerked around. If you want more than one token you have to pay for your kelloggs products separately. What a big hassle for crappy rewards!!!
