This is the third year I am participating in this promotion, and I must agree with other reviewers it has been just miserable. Kellogg’s should be ashamed. Somehow, and I think it may have been just dumb luck, I was able to redeem 8 of my ten credits over the past 24 hours. I found that logging out and waiting more than an hour before trying to order again seemed to work. In my experience only one book can be ordered at a time. Time will tell if I actually receive the books I’ve ordered.

I've been trying for over four hours now to pick and order a book. Most of the time, the site just keeps loading and spinning this little circle. What a waste of time. I can't stand looking at that tiger logo anymore, and I am sure going to avoid Kellogg's cereal so I don't have to see the "K" first thing in the morning

I have had the same problems on both Google and foxfire browsers! This process was easy when the books were coming from scholastic but now they're using penguin press and it's AWFUL! I'm wondering if they (kf r) are reliang on their book partner/publisher to run part of this site. Also, the book selection and in particular books for older boys are less than desirable.

Never have I ever been able go submit a receipt successfully, since they switched to receipts in place of product codes. It’s incredibly frustrating. I cannot redeem for free books. I hit submit and get nothing but the spinning circle. Yes, my images are the correct sizes. I have attempted to upload both receipt photos from my photo library as well as simply taking photos and uploading to your site directly. Books are expensive, and as a working parent it’s a huge disappointment and frustration, Kelloggs.

As other people stated this is a waste of time. I purchased 4 products and the receipt won’t upload. This is a woke company scamming the consumer. I am unsubscribing, Kelloggs.

Trying to redeem points for books is slow and rarely works. Had to do each book numerous times before completing. When contacting them about watching a video for a monthly token and not getting credit after 10 times their response was, it is not an issue on our end, try another browser. I had already tried at least three.

The website definitely has a lot of issues. I tried multiple browsers and finally had some success with Google Chrome. After about an hour of trying and reloading, I finally redeemed two points for two books. Hopefully, they'll actually arrive in the mail. Just wanted to post this so others know that there is hope with this website.

Website always stuck beware - very difficult to redeem the free books , I think it's a trick. They r doing on our pose so people buy their cereal.
