This is a very misleading promotion. They require a BARCODE on the receipt and most stores do not include that on their reciepts so it is impossible to claim. A grave disappointment for the kids that begged to get the treat

Terrible website. Can't download the receipt. Just keeps cooking up something. Waste of time. Fix the website and allow an extension for all who cannot retrieve their books

Receipt rejected for the Free Book offer. Said it didn't identify the product...WRONG, or offer not started or ended...WRONG, or I had passed the 10 limit....WRONG as this was my first submission. The only thing I can figure out is on the Lidl slip it only says Kellogg's and not Kellogg's Mini Wheats. I am going to resubmit with the receipt as well as the box. If it rejected again they can bug off. Husband only purchased it because of the book offer for our granddaughter. He prefers Life Cereal anyway. Update 8/3.....I resubmitted the receipt including a picture of the box with the receipt. I have never heard back for the free book promo, but they accepted the receipt for a stupid token, which is worthless to me. Amazing how the receipt was OK for the token, but not for the free book.

O stars what a waste of time, I even bought another Pringles so I could upload the reciept as I didn't keep the first one and now I'm tempted to never buy any Kellogg's products again, what a scam they do everything possible after you sign up to suddenly stop working so you can't submit your receipt.

First time I tried uploading the receipt for 350 minecoins I got rejected because I missed the corners of the receipt which is fair enough. Tried a second time and now the submit button doesn't work. For something advertised everywhere this promotion falls flat because of how horrible the website is. Fix your website Kellogg's

Terrible Website This is probably the worse website ever! It doesn't work 80% of the times. Very slow. Very glitchy. Unbelievably bad from such a wealthy company. Their customer support is totally useless. All they know is "clear your cache". Nothing else!! Poor. Poor. Poor.

They have rigged all of their promotions to make every receipt, no matter how much it complies with their own requirements, to be rejected. 6 times I have uploaded one receipt for the Minecoins promotion. Once through the mobile site, twice through the website, and 3 times via text. Every time, they claim it is incomplete, missing the date, etc. I have even now circled the date and written, "date" beside the date on the photo. I have contacted them through their website twice about the failure of this promotion. They ran this promotion with no actual intentions of honoring it.
