Kdp AmazonReviews of kdp.amazon.com

Amazon messed up with some technical issue, which meant the e-book was not published until 4 months after the release. The marketing is just awful. Page 35 in an american online publication that nobody sees and dropped into social media with nobody managing it. Still waiting for a first payment. Apart from that...

Sconsigliatissima !

They never paid me. I'm in Nigeria. There's supposed to be a payment method for Nigerians as there are lots of Nigerians on kdp

I received an email last week informing me that my KDP account had been closed because it was linked to an account that Amazon had terminated in the past. As I have only ever had one KDP account, I appealed the decision by replying to the termination email. Amazon responded by informing me that they could not help. They instructed me to reply to the termination email if I required assistance. I eventually managed to break this Kafkaesque cycle and appeal the ban. However, a few days later I was informed that Amazon had decided to uphold their decision to terminate my account. On this occasion I was accused of operating, not one, but multiple KDP accounts that Amazon had closed in the past. The whole process seems so arbitrary and made up. Amazon can't even keep their story straight from email to email. The appeal process is opaque. My experience seems to be mirrored by the experiences of others. I would tread carefully if you are considering publishing on this site, and perhaps make it one of many options. My constructive advice to the KDP team would be to address the circumstances in which accounts are banned, as there seem to be a prevalence of terminations for reasons that have no basis in fact. I would also look into ways to make the appeals process more transparent.

So KDP, I had ZERO books for Kindle Select Unlimited. I had THREE ebooks that were published, that was it. ZERO sales! Those same books were published under Barns N Noble, which you are allowed to do so IF you don't put your books under Kindle Select Unlimited. I didn't get an email why my account was randomly closed. Jeff Bezos, your KDP people need better training. KDP is a scam, used to be good but now it is full of horse dung.

The cancer of the planet. Bezos got rich by posting books from flea markets on his website and having fake reviews written. Now it seems that these are honest when in fact Amazon and kdp are just scammers. There are people who make $70,000 a month with kdp, and they close accounts without a second thought. These are worse than serial killers, worse than the mafia, worse than terrorists. The people behind all this will pay for it

So many negative reviews about Amazon KDP and my opinions are just the same. This is a truly horrific department of Amazon with no capability or heart. They randomly terminate accounts for no reason through automated bots and don't have people with the capabilities to even understand basic English in the KDP customer service departments so you might as well talk to a wall. They terminated my account without warning and without any feedback. Impossible to get through to a human and if you can then they are those people who are from third-world countries who are paid a pittance and were given the job because they can say 'hello', but nothing else. They have no consistency across publishing, no skilled staff and the only thing that counts is generating the most money which they do by paying lip service to books of higher profit-margins and deliberately removing competition where the profit is lower. If you have ever had the same query asked twice then you are guaranteed different contrasting answers. It is clear that Amazon KDP are currently running a vindictive campaign to destroy honest authors just trying to get by and despite random emails stating hordes of random (bot) reasons, the real reason is that a bot makes some conclusion/derivative about an account and some muppet from 'muppetland' just obliging takes it as gospel and can't be bothered to investigate themselves...... probably because they don't have a clue how to....

Years of effort, time and dedication wasted They decided for no reason to suddenly terminate my account, even though absolutely everything was in order I lost absolutely all my royalties and there was no response from customer service They decide to terminate your account without warning and there is no way to reverse that, even when you are right I recommend that you stop using "ScamAmazon Kdp" and use other alternatives
