Isn't a trustworthy service. I had to go publish with their competitors. They send me some awful printed copies. The images weren't even readable. My book is going to get full of bad reviews if customer received such a bad quality of printing. Run away from them. I didn't renew my Prime Membership after this. Amazon shouldn't allow this low quality.

It is a very fickle company that will terminate accounts with no notice and withhold royalties. Overall KDP is no longer a safe place to publish directly. Use alternative sites for safer publishing. KDP direct is a scam for most customers.

KDP terminated my account and withheld my commissions accusing me of "trying to manipulate the system". No further explanation. It took 8 emails to receive this much information. My books were all no or low content. They were all published. I unpublished them to update some information, descriptions and lower their prices. Made the updates and upon re publishing, my account was suddenly terminated! I have been treated very poorly by Amazon KDP. They have been rude and not transparent.

I wrote for 20 years and published over 77 books with over 3,000 reviews, TV interviews, Radio interviews and thousands of hours of marketing. One of my books "Prison Riot", is a true story of a prison riot I was in that was considered for a movie. I wrote 10 books on the drug war and prison conditions. They are biographical stories that shine a light on GOD's Power to redeem anyone from any place. I pray you allow all the other books I wrote on ADDICTION RECOVERY and PRAYER BOOKS to also become REINSTATED. GOD allowed me to research that the entire 12 step program came from a man named Frank Buckman got burned by a church and GOD showed him his anger denied what CHRIST DID ON THE CROSS. So he took it back to the Sermon on the Mount and the book of ACTS. He even made Hitler take notice. All this before it went to Ebby Thatcher, Doctor Bob and Bill Wilson. These books show a progression of what GOD can do from prison to prayer warrior. These books have over 3,000 reviews and I have an online Bible study ministry. I understand I had a book published that I thought was public domain that was republished by a larger publisher but even their email to me said they only had "certain rights to repurpose it". So it is cloudy and I am sorry I didn't know it was no longer public domain to be repurposed. The book in question was less than a half of 1% of my total sales. Can you please have mercy and open up my Kindle and Print account so that the thousands of reviews can be visible as to what GOD has done in my life? THEY NEVER REINSTATED MY ACCOUNT can I sue them for destroying my writing career and history. I ALSO NARRATED ALL MY BOOKS ON ACX and they lasted another 2 years before they realized KDP terminated me and then I was terminated there also!

Assistenza inesistente! Mi hanno chiuso l'account dopo 2 pubblicazioni senza una motivazione chiara. Ho ricevuto una mail, probabilmente non scritta da un umano, dicendo che mi avrebbero chiuso l'account per una motivazione non chiara ma generica. Non rispondono alle diverse mail mandate a canali diversi. Sinceramente lo sconsiglio, ci sono piattaforme migliori dove poter autopubblicare.

Difficile de voir si les réponses dont transmises. J ai écrit un avis dur un site de vente de voiture. une réponse de leur part m est parvenue par ce sit qui était totalement fausse. J ai boule répondre et je ne sais si cette cette réponse à bien été transmise. Je n ai vu apparaître les échanges nulle part...
