I had a great experience with this shop! My stuff came sooo fast I was surprised! Everything was even cuter than I thought I love my new pens and stickers so much.

I truly appreciated the products and the customer service of this company. I quite often order online and the delivery is most of the time pretty good and quick. I had once a problem with an order which got lost in the Canadian mail system. I contacted the customer sercice department of Kawasaki Pen Shop to get and update and they got back to me within 24 hours offering to replace the initial order. I really appreciated their offer and the turn around time to answer my request. I don’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I ordered and a week and a half later already received my order!

I ordered several small items in May and due to the virus, I did not receive them until mid August, to which, given the circumstances, I can definitely understand. But the packaging it came in was found torn open and worn in several places... I only received 1/4 items (and the item that came wasn't what I expected it to be due to a vague listing on the site) as if everything else fell out or something during shipping. Emailing them was a pleasant experience at first, they asked for proof which I gladly provided... Was told I'd get a refund in 2-5 business days... But its September now and I still haven't seen anything... 2 stars is for the customer service.. otherwise it'd be 1. I am usually skeptical of buying from these sites but wanted to try Kawaii Pen Shop out since I am always seeing their cute ads. Never again.

Everything I ordered arrived on time! Happy with this company!

I ordered some pens and sticky notes at the beginning of August. The package arrived on time, but 4 out of 9 products were defective. I received a quick response to my request to be refunded for those products which I can't use at all, but have not yet received this a month later. I won't ever order from this site again.

Everything is always well packed and they keep restocking their inventory regularly. I order almost once a month from them♡
