NO REPLIES!!!
I bought a PJ onesie from the website. The size I ordered didn't fit me so i asked for an exchange. Kawaii merch sent me an email on the 8th of August saying that i'd "receive a new tracking number in the next 72 hours." as they were sending me a size M. The email also asked me to edit my Trust pillot review "Please let us know if it's possible to update Your TP Review ! It means the world for us <3 " I said i'd edit my TP review as soon as i received the item. Since then, i didn't get anymore replies nor the item has arrived. I sent them 7 more emails - none of which got any replies. All i want now is to return the item and get a refund. No longer want the size M or the one i have received.

The product I received exceeded my expectations.
The product I received exceeded my expectations. My heart practically melted when I received my first order - a super soft and squishy plushie that instantly become my new cuddle buddy. I definitely recommend plushies from them.

Couldn't cancel order
I tried cancelling my order about 2 hours after I placed it, and according to their policy regarding cancellations, I was well within my right to do so (they require that you do this within 12 hours of placing the order). I got no response. I've tried emailing and even calling the phone number on their website, but have gotten no answer. Please avoid this website.
