I ordered a plush for my son mid August. It is now almost mid October and no show, no tracking, no communication. I made a chargeback with my bank which was authorized and the seller is challenging it, though my bank says they have enough information to pursue my complaint. No communication with me though! The fine print says to wait 90 days to ask for refunds...sir it's a soft toy, not a custom made piece of furniture! Are they having a laugh??? Zero stars if I could. Avoid.

Placed an order for a mini air fryer on 19 August. As with previous reviews, other than a confirmation, I have heard nothing. I have asked to cancel order and get a full refund but suspect that’s fruitless. Avoid this company. I really wish I’d read reviews first.

One star is too many. I placed an order on 15th August via Derossiart, received a confirmation but since then absolutely nothing. I tried emailing kawaiiMi but two messages failed to send. I have sent emails to Derossiart but, yes, you guessed, no reply from them either. Steer clear of both these companies

I contacted them multiple times about a scammed order, it's been almsot 4 months and this website really is not safe to use. I wish I had never been tempted to buy anything in the first place

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Never shipped item, no response to requests for information. Absolutely terrible experience. Had to go through my banks fraud service to get a refund due to lack of any response beyond the initial automatic reply telling me someone would be in touch.

Do not buy from here. 0 customer service, broken tracking links and no course for refunds even after their “45 day guaranteed shipping period.” If you give your money to this business you will never see it again. Take it from me, this is a terrible website.

I am warning everyone in here!!! This is a SCAM page!!! When I wrote my review in December trying to warn everybody suddenly Kawaiimerch write me I get my refund!!! Of course this has not happend and complete silence. Their page is SCAM! We have gotten a lot of money taken but we have never seen the tailors made converse shoes we ordered they still have not send back our money we have waited for 4 months now never got any info from Kawaiimerc really warn you all to not buy anything we lost all our money for some very expensive shoes for a 40th birthday
