I ordered 2 minion costumes and only received one. Multiple emails to the company went unanswered. I will NEVER use this company again!

Update from old post: they finally reached back to us with tracking still took a while to get here. It actually arrive today, August 30 and when we opened it we were a little alarms because it was inside out and then it is missing the lunchbox or lunch bag that is supposed to have. we already had to wait this long and no communication until I wrote a review to get the backpack now how long is it gonna take for them to give me the lunch bag because I emailed them and no response yet again. Original post below Here is my order #KAW-J6Y71N0NUZ0X I placed an order on August 8, 2023 for my daughters backpack. I’ve emailed 3 separate times with no response. According to your site unless I’m reading it wrong we should receive shipment with 7-10 business days. I really hope we didn’t get scammed my daughter is already upset that it’s still not here.
