Finally their support started replying. My package has returned to the sender for some reason, and I received a new tracking number for the onesie. All good buy for.

I thought that I received the wrong backpack, but in the and it was wrapped inside out. They wrote that they face it a few times. probably something went wrong on the production package stage!

It took bit longer then expected but the Cinnamoroll pajama finally arrived😊. The Kawaiimerch not bad experience.

Placed an order and over the next 5 days waited patiently for the tracking to be added to their system but it never came and their OWN tracking system says the order not only has not shipped, but that it doesn't exist. On day 5 sent an email requesting an update and was just sent a form email saying we have a processing time, which had already passed. Sent another email in pointing out their "processing" time had already expired AND their own site says the order # is incorrect/invaild and after reading all the reviews on here getting worried that we'll never get the LoungeFly bag!! Will update if/when they get back.
