Wish I could give 0 stars. Made 1 order for 2 boards using Pay Pal. When sent back to the katuchef website to complete my order, they must have sent me to another page so when I hit BUY, I was ordering another 3 boards! When I saw on Pay PAL that there were 2 charges, I couldn’t understand how Pay PAL would process a second transaction without my approval. It turns out I had given the company an automatic withdrawal right!! I put in a dispute for both transactions immediately and I called Pay PAL. It was frustrating to get past the AI but I kept saying I want to speak to a human! I also emailed the katuchef parent company stating I wanted to cancel. Initially I was told it was too late (less than 1 hour later) and I could always return the items. I responded that they were behaving in a fraudulent manner and I would not be accepting delivery. Eventually I got my money back. My advice if you’ve been caught by their fraudulent tactics is to complain to a human at PayPal. Their reputation is on the line here. I was all ready to close my PayPal account because I couldn’t understand how this could happen. I made it very clear to them that I had never entered into any automatic buying agreement with this company. And because of their fraudulent behaviour, I did not want ANY dealings with them.

I can't believe the commercial, this dumb cow saying her husband got Salmonella from Bread... Well heard about Cross-Contamination!? If your Cutting Board made you sick, it's because you're too effin stupid to know how to clean things!!! Go clean your brain with a rope!!!

Deceptive ordering and no customer service. This product is a scam in my opinion.

I purchased the Katuchef Titanium Cutting Board expecting a premium product, but it turned out to be very disappointing. The quality is subpar, it doesn't perform well as a cutting surface, and it feels nothing like a high-end or “titanium” product. The price is a rip-off for what you actually get. To make matters worse, even though the product page claimed it could be returned if I wasn’t satisfied, Katuchef never responded to my return request. I contacted them multiple times with no response. It's extremely frustrating when a company promotes a satisfaction guarantee and then completely ignores their customers. Between the poor product quality, unresponsive customer service, and inflated price, I would not recommend Katuchef to anyone. Avoid this company.

Question for all the naysayers complaining about poor customer service and lack of refunds. How many customers have purchased this product only to use it a handful of times and then wanting a refund for no real reason? They are quick to call this company scammers when they in fact are scammers themselves. I’ve worked retail and I can promise you the general public are scum, liars, cheats, and thieves. It’s metal. Of course it will scratch! But it won’t scratch to the point of particles ending up in your food. You people are just stupid.

it's completely a scam. avoid this company 1. the products were delivered from mainland China, came with ugly packaging - no product brochures about the manufacture company or Katuchef at all - if searched on the Taobao, you could find tons of similar products at a cost, lower by ten or more times 2. I bought 3 pieces of them by mistake. just wanted to get 1 piece. right after the credit card payment, i sent an email to their Customer Service, less than 5 minutes, they told me that the package was ready and to be delivered. they cannot alter the order. but it's (1) only less than 5 minutes i made the credit card payment (2) it's almost mid-night at China time..... 3. around one week or less than a week, packaged arrived. no later than a second after i saw the package, i wrote an email to seek for return address, and would like to get full refund (as their website states a full guarantee refund within 30 days). their response as below - asked me to fill in a survey for their product - i filled in the survey. then they said i need to keep the original package and the items have to be unused/undamaged. I had to bear the delivery cost, AND could only get 25% refund, not 100% refund. - i asked them (a) any term & conditions state those requirements, and where those T&C was (b) i cap screen their website, for the so called "30-Day money back guarantee", and attached the cap-screen picture in the reply emial - at last, they agreed to give me 50% refund!

Katuchef.com is now Buykatuchef.com. Their 30 days return is not a real deal and difficult to get refund. Delay in sending order and refusal to provide refund when out of stock. Instead use excuse order already shipped and warranty was doubled. After seven weeks got order and all chopping boards were scratched when they were supposed to be non scratched. I contacted the number given and instead of giving me a refund they asked to complete a survey. I have requested for a refund and waiting for their response as request is within the 30 days and under warranty in the eligibiltyfor refund in their terms and conditions.Really this company is not to be trusted and now will organise to have relevant organisations to be involved for misleading information

I was almost at the end of my ordering then I decided to call first, the phone number at the site doesn't work, so I went ahead to read the reviews and what people are saying is, it is a scam. I believe it's a scam too. If not why don't they have a legit number?
