KI generated emails, no return ticket, no refund Badest service Don‘t trust them, be careful, don‘t ever order anything

Warning! I would not order from these people and if you do do not use PayPal. Ordered three items, only received two. Got in touch right away started getting the runaround right away. Now trying to fight with PayPal to get money back for the item I didn't receive. And they know exactly what they're doing and how to do it. The two items that I did receive are junk. Do not buy from this fraud group.

Nothing! No confirmation of order, no response to cancellation request. Just endless repeat ads! Surely, this is illegal, how do these people get away with this. Scandalous- PLEASE- do NOT order anything from this Chinese Company!

I placed an order and realized within one minute that I had made a mistake. I immediately requested a cancellation, but instead of a simple confirmation, I was met with annoying excuses and delays. Despite my prompt cancellation, the order was shipped 3–4 days later, and by then, they claimed a cancellation was no longer possible. Completely unacceptable! To make matters worse, the ordering process was extremely confusing, and I accidentally ordered 2 sets of 4 boards – something that could have been avoided with a clearer interface. But guess what? Only 4 boards actually arrived. Now I’m stuck in the nightmare of filing a complaint and organizing a return. I can only hope that part goes smoothly, but I’m not optimistic. This shop is disorganized, unhelpful, and clearly not customer-friendly. Never again!

This is a total scam company. For $50 we received an 8”x10”x 1/32” cutting board. It arrived damaged and this company will do nothing about it.

It took a long time to get the 2 stainless steel cutting boards I ordered. I couldnt believe how small they are when finally receiving them. They were very expensive for that small size. They do not answer the phone number provided, so everything is done by email. I’ll not order from them again.

Like all the other comments, Katuchef doesn't honor their commitment to a purchsed product. Right now I am going through the process of disputing the transaction within my credit card bank. Katuchef advertised one price but then billed me for a higher price for a "single" cutting board. Their terms stated that I can canceld within 12 hours of ordering but then contradicted that in emails. I later rechecked their terms and saw that they had deleted the "cancelation" option. They are basically scamming using emails as stall tactics while collecting from the credit card. Doesn't seem to be any recourse but to "dispute" the transaction within my bank.
