I say it’s a scam. I can’t find the receipt or order to send these 4” x 7” cutting boards back. Took forever to arrive so you know it’s from China. Don’t fall for this.

I should have read the reviews before buying these cutting boards. They are a joke, very small, scratch very easily and took over a month to be delivered. I tried to cancel my order but no luck. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT CLICK ANY BUTTON ON THEIR WEB SITE. Orders will be processed very quickly and you can’t back out.

This took over a month to arrive and when received the board is not large enough to cut anything. This is a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY THIS CUTTING BOARD!

This is such a scam. Don’t waste your money. Didn’t get the discount on first order. They are so small you could barely cut a shallot on them. Took forever to get them. AI victor doesn’t know how to redpond. Please don’t waste your money!

This is a terrible product. I ordered two boards thinking they were full size. They were super small. Shipping took more than five weeks. It was packaged horribly with a sticker on it that would not peel off and scratched the titanium when I tried to peel it off. This is a poor quality product. When I asked for a refund, they gave me the run around, and then told finally told me I had to pay for the return label myself. They did not provide me any information where to return it or any instructions. Customer service is horrible, along everything else about this product.

I tried to order 3 with their special discount which was supposed to be under 20 $ each, so tge total should have been about $60 plus shipping. When I got to the receipt, there were upcharges making the total charges approximately $200. I texted the chatbot for them to remove the charges or cancel my order immediately. I have not yet received a response. Will update when I do. Nothing screams scam like adding upcharges of over 100% of the order cost!

DO NOT buy anything from these scammers. I placed my order in May and still haven’t received it. I contacted them and asked for a refund but was told the order had been processed so I couldn’t get a refund, yet the my order hadn’t even shipped. They then sent me a confirmation to say my order had shipped. Now two weeks later and I’m still waiting. I emailed them again and got an automatic response saying my ticket had expired and to contact them at another email address. When I emailed them it bounced, email doesn’t exist. Scammers!
