SCAM BE AWARE!!

When my invoice showed a cost increase and an additional warranty charge that I did not authorise, it immediately raised my suspicions. Within 15 minutes during which I was trying to cancel my order, I received an e-mail stating that my order had already been dispatched and was on it's way. They give the customer no recourse to cancel an order. There was also no notification e-mail to review the order via PayPal. They give you vague e-mail responses saying they can't refund the money because the order has already been dispatched from their warehouse, which is an obvious lie. They're using fake IDs and A.I generated customer support photos in their e-mail responses. The tracking ID numbers they give you don't exist. They're nothing but low life scammers.

30 mins after order I seen what the charges were which wasn’t aware of hidden cost, tried to cancel the purchase, I was told the wear house had already shipped, really? The person called himself Victor, it was totally a money Scam! Don’t let it happen to you!!

I tried to cancel, was told it was already shipped, very poor communication via email, was extremely weird way to respond. Finally got PayPal involved as I got no tracking number. PayPal contacted them and finally got a tracking number that didn't work. I finally got the 2 cutting boards that were tiny (6 x9 inches). The cost was $87.47! Would never deal with this company again, feel like it was a total rip off.

Titanium cutting boards ruin knife edges quickly—no serious chef would use them, despite what ads claim. It’s pure marketing hype; real professionals would never destroy their knives on metal boards.

I will be reporting this company. I ordered two and when I got my receipt they had up charged to 4 and almost TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS! SCAM SCAM SCAM! I sent message immediately and also called. Was told they had already packaged in warehouse and on its way. BS! I will be returning and reporting! I should know better than to order without reading reviews! UPDATE: I reported to FTC and told them I did that. Then I GOT A REFUND!

Only one star but would give ZERO STARS if it were possible. Like all these other people, I wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering. Total scam. The cutting board is NOT titanium, it’s smaller than they imply by their ads and a total rip off. You have to pay postage to return it. Out of interest I cut an onion on it & it’s now full of knife marks. Clearly it’s cheap rubbish. Don’t waste your money. Mine’s in the bin now. An expensive lesson learned.
