Don't do it
I wouldn't even give it 1 star. This is a scam. I wanted a refund and they have disappeared I can't get them on the phone. Can't reach by email. I immediately felt something wasn't right as soon as I hit the button. I called careline 8 min on hold no response. Emailed they said they could not stop order. BS. Have reached out several more times no reply it can't be sent to sender. Paid to have it returned and it came back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I will report to BBB.

Das ist die übliche fake sch..... aus China. Vor der Bestellung sieht es so aus als wenn alles ok ist. Heute das 1. Mal benutzt . Völlig zerkratzt. Lehrgeld hab ich jetzt bezahlt. Sehr Ärgerlich. Leute lasst die Finger davon

Finger weg! Keine Rückgabe möglich!
Es wird der Eindruck erweckt, dass das Brett aus Deutschland kommt und laut Webseite lieferbar ist. Die Lieferung kommt dann aber aus China und dauert über drei Wochen. Das Brett kam total verbogen an. Das Paket enthält keinen Absender, so dass über die Antschrift keine Rücksendung möglich ist. Die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse, über die die Rücksendung angemeldet werden sollte, wird dem Verkäufer gar nicht zugestellt. Für uns ist die Webseite nicht seriös.

I contacted customer service about our return and they are working on getting me a refund. We shall see if it happens.
The product doesn't seem like it lives up to the expectations, and I am unsure of how either the titanium board or the knife is not going to be damage. Metal on metal, something has to give.

It would have been better if I was able…
It would have been better if I was able to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it which I did. It was frustrating to be told it was too late to cancel.

Miserable Qualität
Dieses Brett ist viel kleiner als erwartet, zerkratzt total und ist außerdem an den Kanten so scharf, dass ich mich jetzt wirklich tief geschnitten habe und blute. Finger weg davon! Die guten Rankings müssen ein Fake sein.

Katuchef is a Ripoff
I recently purchased a Katuchef titanium cutting board. It had a sticker on the coated side that was virtually impossible to remove. I have tried all kinds of methods to remove the adhesive. It also looks scratched after one use. Also, it was only supposed to be $49, and I was billed $71.74. I called customer service and was on hold for 8 minutes, the second time I was on hold for 10 minutes, and no one answered. Don't buy this brand, it's a ripoff! I also emailed their customer service, still no answer, except on here, but no solution yet.
