KATUCHEF is the most disreputable company I have ever had the misfortune with whom to deal. When I got to the checkout the price was highly inflated so I tried to cancel my order which was unsuccessful. The chopping boards are TINY most impractical for daily use Well cancelation was an impossibility why because the two email addresses they advertised were FAKE also the phone number they listed was FAKE. I rang my bank straight away, but they said they couldn’t help me until the company actually claims the payment and the payment is processed. I immediately cancelled my credit card. The parcel arrived but of course there was no return address. Do not deal with this company because they are crooks

Products, 2 cutting boards arrived with scratched surfaces and chips in the coating. I expected metal cutting board as advertised and shown in video. Did not expect to see plastic like coating over metal. They had been carefully wrapped in bubble wrap so scratches were from before wrapping for shipping. I am very disappointed and would not consider using the because as your ad emphasizes scratches collect bacteria even after washing and scratches in plastic create microplastics in our food.
