I gave them 5 stars because of their customer service representative, Camalia. She walked me through the entire process of how to send the documents through email. I am old and am not familiar with computer tech. stuff without help. My daughter, usually helps me. But she was at work and I needed to file a claim. Camalia made all the difference. If it weren't for her I would have given the company 1 star at best.

I got my new puppy and she got hurt it really came in handy to have kanguru because I didn't have the money to get the x-ray. Everything turned out okay shes all healed up and they did everything they promised I was able to file claim online.

You can’t file on the website, only the mobile app. The mobile app won’t let me submit my claim (“oops something went wrong”) is the message. This has happened every time I try. Then when you call customer service nobody answers the phone, ever. Worst customer service experience ever.
