I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received by Juan. He was friendly, informative, and responded quickly whenever the need arose. Juan was personable and made me feel like I was his only customer. I now feel so secure knowing my new puppy is insured by Kanguro insurance!

I had a very bad experience with a Kanguro Rep. one of…
I had a very bad experience with one of the reps from Kanguro,( that made me feel like this insurance wasn't all important and canceled it without even taking the time to explain all that I and my new puppy would be losing and didn't care )but if it wasn't for Edgar Lomas taking time out of his busy schedule to help me out and explain all the aspects of what Kanguro really provides in detail and how it was beneficial for my New Baby- Joe-Angel and I for him to have this insurance and to be safe and secure in the future, then I would of senserially walked away and let it go. Fortunately due to his kindness and ability to talk to one with respect and understanding and patience, I was at ease to be reinstated and move forward as a Kanguro client. Thanks a million Edgar and I really appreciate all that you were able to do for us.

Is this a real company even?
Is this a real company even? I try to contact customer service since I'm getting charged monthly and I DON'T HAVE A PET. Never getting an answer or a resolution to stop these payments.

So far I have only paid the policy
So far I have only paid the policy, I have not used the insurance, (Fortunately my dog is healthy) when I have had to do routine blood tests on my dog, or vaccinations and deworming, it has never been “anything covered by the insurance”, because to include annual vaccinations is a much higher fee.. And I really feel it is expensive. I'm not sure I can afford it anymore.
