I bought a ladies silver DKNY watch unfortunately a screw fell out on the strap. It can happen I rang Kandco and explained the circumstances. No quibble they replaced it with a brand new one within the week. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the quick turn around and replacement model.

I like the range of products, and free delivery and returns. The range of payment options is good too. But everything is far too expensive. I'm after a new phone and they are selling the 16gb Nexus 5 for £100 more than elsewhere! I'd buy more from them if the prices were lower.
