The reward scheme is not clear at all had a fair amount saved didnt know you have a limited time to use and it was just wipes from my account, they are quick to keep calling and email about any due or missed payments but when it comes to money you have saved with them not a peep from them, think its totally unfair and apprantly they cant do nothing about it and have just taken the money

When kandco were on their own returns service was good but since little woods have taken over its been non existent the last three times I have arranged returns nobody has turned up after staying in all day, Rubbish

Usually have not problems with K&Co, generally happy with whole experience from ordering to delivery. However, not so good an experience this time round. collect+ failed to deliver my items and returned them to K&Co, I contacted K&Co regarding this and although they re-ordered my items 1 of these had sold out, i was assured the item that had been returned by collect+ would be traced and re-sent to me, but this has not happened. When the remaining parcels did arrive 1 item was missing, but was charged to my account. After contacting customer services i was told this would be investigated and i would be contacted regarding the re-ordering of the product - this has not happened. Disappointing and frustrating experience :( :(

I have been waiting two months now to have two chairs collected. I have rang numerous times and each time they promise something will be sorted and each time nothing is done. Sick to death of them.

I have used Kandco for a long time and a few months ago was promoted to a Platinum customer rewards. I have since this time purchased well over £2000 worth of household items & I have not received one penny in rewards not one offer I would just like Kandco customers to check their accounts as I have been in touch with the rip off Britain team and there is cause for concern we are being ripped off. I have queried this with Kandco and either do not qualify because that account payments will first be applied to goods on the account that are excluded from Rewards.Certain items do not qualify to earn Rewards such as reduced priced items e.g. buy one get one free, 3 for 2 type offers and sale items, as well as those purchased on Buy Now Pay Later. You will find you will rarely qualify for anything & customer services will tell you your rewards are automatically applied to your account, There is no evidence of this in your statement. The rewards Scheme is a complete con & Kandco play on the fact that there are people who need companies like this to buy on credit. check your account & complain you are being cheated!! We already pay well over the price of the goods from the start now we are cheated out of the commissions we have worked hard to earn.

I placed my first order with Kandco 9th November and just as well that I was in no hurry. I was told that the order would arrive in five parcels and I was told when to expect delivery. The order actually arrived in eight parcels/packages and the completion of delivery was one week late. Whilst delivery was free, I did not expect it to take 19 days to complete! I reserve my opinion with regard to the quality of merchandise but earnestly suggest that you do something with regard to delivery performance.

Ordered something for my little girl and, when it arrived, it wasn't as described on the box. I rang the helpline and spoke to someone who didn't speak very good English and didn't know what she was doing and didn't understand my query - she could have been new, however, if she was then she wasn't very well trained. After an agonising 5 minutes I asked for an e-mail address instead. She then had a chat with her co-worker, enquiring as to what K&Co's e-mail address was. She then gave me what she thought was the e-mail address. I then e-mailed K&Co and got a bounce back to tell me that the e-mail address didn't exist! I then rang back and spoke to another person who also didn't have a clue what I was asking and couldn't answer my query. Basically, the item description said I should have received three of something in the box and I only received two. My query was should there actually be three in the box or is the item description incorrect online. The person I spoke to the second time decided to order me another of the item to see if it came with three in the box. The plan was to deliver another on the Tuesday (approximately four days later) and collect the other incorrect parcel at the same time. Nope, the new parcel was delivered the day after my phone call and the incorrect item wasn't collected. The new item was also not as described so I now had two incorrect items to return and still had no idea whether the description was incorrect online or whether I was being sent the wrong thing! I tracked down an e-mail address and e-mailed K&Co. I received a tracking number etc and kept getting told my query was being looked into and was being passed to relevant departments etc. The reply e-mails addressed me by my surname - charming. I eventually received a response days later (meanwhile someone randomly turned up at my house and took the parcels away when my husband was home - no receipt was left). The email I finally received stated that the item description online was incorrect and they'd change it. No mention of them refunding my account or offering me the item at a discounted price, no mention of them having received the items back. I was dismissed. I bet I'd have got a quicker response if I hadn't paid their bill on time! I won't order from K&Co again because their customer service is really poor. There is no personalisation and I was treated as just another number. I'm fully trained in customer service - maybe I should work for K&Co and show them how its done properly.
