I have been withy Kays for years and now mostly just order for myself. Have never had cause to complain and sending items back is so easy, and delivery of orders so quick.

The item I wished to purchase intext pure spa had very little description in catalogue. It did not state size, depth, water capacity or any extras that were included in package. I contacted kandco and spoke with customer service staff who were rude and unhelpful and refused to let me speak to supervisor. Told me to look up on the internet the company who supplied the spa if I wanted to know what else was included! Made a complaint via email- they did not read content properly and offered to get someone to call me with information requested - this has still not happened and my initial concern regarding how obstructive customer services were has been ignored despite clearly writing I was complaining and listing my concerns. It is such a shame as a long standing customer to have this experience as in past all had been good

I always receive my purchases very quickly and have always been pleased with them, the free delivery and returns are great and being able to pay monthly a real bonus.

We ordered some bunk beds in April and they were out of stock. We received an email advising us they were coming yesterday (Friday 27th) So my husband and I took the day off work so we could put them together. Sadly they didn't arrive. I checked online and they're now coming on the 27th of July (3 months) we have missed two family visits where we would use them. It's a littke embarrassing
