recently sent for a new mobile phone due to very poor discription on website I needed a new sim card so decided to send it back after I sent it back I then found out I could have used a new sim in it and kept all my details number etc so now I am waiting for k c to credit the phone so I can reorder it due to there poor discription very disapointed whith k c mr john wilson

I've been pleasedwith the items which came, but I was very disappointed,as I'd ordered a kettle, as mine had broke,I'd accidently bought a kettle elsewhere that u have to boil on thecooker ring, Itkeeps hot, but takes solutely ages to boil, I've never received the kettle that I'd ordered from K & Co, most disappointing. I don't think I'll bother using their cata logue again. I can't rely on them

I wouldn't give them one star if possible. The company is a waste of space. My account says to leave items with a neighbour if I am out. This moron left a card through the door saying item was safe in conservatory, which of course it wasn't because that was locked. He'd left it on the step in the middle of pouring rain and hail. Absolutely useless, I don't know why companies use Yodel.

u are ok its u'r delivery company that lets u down they are a waste of space & u'll loose me and other people too. so wake up & do something about it!
