couldnt get the colour i wanted so ordered the beech one ,for 465.00 made in foreign parts to say im not happy is a understatment the brackets that hold the table together had a fault that should of been picked up at quality control quite frankly the table should not of been sent out holes in the tree knots in the underneath that had wedges glued in the table top wobbles. thankfully i purchased insurance so when it falls apart i will get a replacement.

This is a very convenient way of shopping as you can spread the cost without paying extra and that helps a lot. I am a very regular shopper and have full faith in the purchase that if anything goes wrong it will be put right. I will fully recommend this shopping experience to every one. I have been with the company for more than 20 years now and have seen many changes but one change I must say is worst and even against normal business practice and that is you lose you saves Rewards if you don't spend before 30 June. I have lost £175 just like that and nobody care about this unjust rule as this was my hard earned reward and company has no right to snatch from me. I have no objection if you go down in reward level if you don't purchase for a period. I hope some will understand and change this.

Every company now days has an app to shop online it would make shopping so much easer if you could use a app that's saves your login information . My mum has account with you and I have to help her but if there was a app i know she would be able to do it for her self

I love shopping at Kandco and have done for a lot of years through all the name changes. I think the fast delivery service is great because if I want an item it nearly always arrives within a couple of days and often the next day which is great. The range of clothing and the range of prices are for all and I think the quality is, on the whole pretty good. I have bought large items in the past such as bedroom furniture and have had no problems. The best thing is that I can spread the cost and that is great especially as I am now retired and have a limited income. Just one little niggle. I think that the charges for paying only a few days late are a little excessive. I have only ever done this twice and the last time was charged £12.00!

Though catalogue shopping is easy - choice of payment methods, free returns, I am only let down by the way K and Co. kept putting my account credit limit up to such a high amount without telling me. Though I did get them to reduce it once they then continued to increase it so that the amount it is now would not be manageable under their payment plans. K and Co should not increase their customers credit limit without first checking with the customer. Just by increasing it further up it does not mean that I will be buying more items.
