My wife has purchased 2 Kallati pieces on cruise ships. Her Tanzanite stone faded extremely after 2 years and her Burmese stone ring broke after 1 week. Customer service told her there is nothing they can do since it's out of warranty. Basically they are selling high priced low quality stones and jewelry and not really backing their product. We will see what they do regarding the ring. So far not impressed with this company.

I ordered a tanzanite pendant from QVC on 12/17, & it was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. The wrong one was delivered, & I cannot get the correct one sent to me. Is the problem with Kallati, or QVC. I could really use some help. Thank you, Patti C
