Marking on jewellery
I have bought two pieces of jewellery from onboard p&o cruise ships The ring was sold as 14k with 30ct. There's no makers mark or stamp saying the type of purity of gold you would normally expect. The necklace is marked 14k rci Indonesia. Rci is for a different company so not Kallati. Buyers beware

Hi there - thank you for sharing this. Just to clarify, the marking you’re referencing on the necklace is typically the chain stamp, which is different from the brand stamp on the actual piece. Our Kallati pendants have the purity stamp and Kallati mark on the back of the pendant itself, which is separate from the chain. If you’d like, we’re happy to help you locate it and confirm everything for peace of mind. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the front/back of the pendant and the chain, and we’ll assist right away.
