Kallati JewelryReviews of kallati.com

Would of given a 5,but their correspondence could use work Ordered 2 pieces, the necklace came very quickly. The earrings which was ordered before the necklace, there was nothing. No correspondence stating delivery. Both pieces once I received were beautiful.

I bought a beautiful white gold diamond ring via auction on the P&O Iona cruise. My address on the certificate of authenticity was spelt wrong and needed rectifying. Instead of waiting she said it would be delivered to my cabin as we were leaving the next day (yesterday). I didn’t receive it so I went to reception before disembarking and he sent Kallati an email… I’ll wait to see if it arrives to my home address… Edit: 10/7/2025 I received an email including as an attachment the amended document showing corrected details. Thank you Kallati

Necklace looks great.

Easy transaction

I love the Kallati brand!! I found them on a cruise and have brought whilst onboard and via their website. They have great options to trade up items, as long as you have your certificate, (which is the only reason I have marked them down on this occasion because I haven't had a certificate for my last item), but normally no issues. I found deals on the website can be better than some I've had onboard, but also had a few lovely items from ship, that aren't available on the site (and it's always nice to try on). The only thing with buying online there is a shipping fee of £50, not that this has been a problem to have a stunning piece of jewellery. Definitely would recommend buying some stunning pieces from this great company.

The customer service person, Mo, was superb. The only disappointment I have is that the quality of the tanzanite isn't as good as the ring I was trying to replace. I sent photos of the exact original ring which was deep purple and the one I got that was supposed to be a copy of the original is not as deep purple. A couple of settings on the tiny diamonds on the shank aren't smooth and catch on sweaters, etc. I am thrilled to have the ring back but wish it was closer to the original.

Love, Love, Love my new earrings!! All of my Kallati is gorgeous! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because of the time it took for delivery. I even sent an email asking where my earrings were and they just happen to ship the day I inquired. I have several pieces of Kallati and love each and every one of them!!
