I purchased an Emerald and Diamond bracelet for my birthday and it came out beautifully After looking online and not seeing something I exactly liked, I emailed customer service and spoke to Mo who was lovely who led me to Tyler who runs e-commerce. After a few days talking back and forth and seeing new pieces he took the time to photograph I ended up with a beautiful bracelet I will love forever. Thank you Tyler and Mo

Sleazy business here. They claim all items have one more in stock. Once you’ve ordered and have been waiting a week or so, you only find out that none were actually in stock and will be 4-6 weeks before you see anything. Missed personal birthdays on this one. In the meantime, Tyler, the back room guy, has a well established distraction plan to show you pieces in their vault, as a “VIP” member. He presents super personably - until you don’t order. The pieces finally arrive and aren’t as depicted online. My rubies were bright pink, poor quality, and very far from the deep red of the images. Even the garnet was an ugly orange rather than red. Third ring was just poor design and poorly made. When I said I wanted to return them (immediately), I was stalled several times (the nasty rep Mo) likes to leave early. (They seem to have a good rep/bad rep dynamic going to manipulate you). Five days later (!), I received the return mailing label, after me pressing it several times. FTC protects us; don’t wait or argue - just report them. I returned them immediately once I finally got the label. Sure enough after days staying in the same mailing location, I realized they sent an incorrect mailing label. They wanted to foist that on me and have me do the run around with FedX. Another week and I demanded to know what was going on. Keep in mind we have no obligation to do anything after we’ve submitted the return, which they know full well as this is a standard pattern with them. Look at all the other reviews (here and elsewhere). They told me to wait until the end of the following week, yet still did nothing until told them I would report it to the bank. Then, “nice guy” Tyler informed me that if I reported it, they wouldn’t give me a refund. Okkkkkaaaay. The products were crap and the behavior is worse. You’re embarrassing: Tyler, Mo and owners. Consumers beware.

Custom ordered a ring from Kallati on board a cruise ship. Smoothest process! They reached out and answered all my concerns. Love the ring I received!

Don’t buy anything from this company. First time I ever ordered jewelry on a cruise from this company and Kallanti put the wrong shipping address on the package. I have no way to track it because I need to know the wrong address kallanti put on it. Stay away from this company they are completely incompetent because they can’t even write a proper shipping label. I’m going to need to figure out how to get my money refunded for a ring I’m not going to receive.

I ordered a emerald 14kt gold necklace special ordered. It took several weeks for it to come. Month. Finally gets here and quality is piss poor. The emerald itself is scuffed, huge scratched on the face surface. I’m so disappointed because I got it made for someone for an achievement and don’t want to give it to her because of its quality. Poor

I bought several Kallati pieces and love them all! They are gorgeous and sparkly. I get many compliments on them.

The best part of my experience was, and always is, the incredible customer service of Mo and Tyler. They are absolute gems and a valuable asset to your company. They have made Kallati my “go to” jewelers. Thank you Mo and Tyler!
