They are a great online phone system…
They are a great online phone system that we use at my work. They always have fast assistance if I need help with anything. Aminah is very friendly and knowledgable.

A small biz phone/mms solution.
Although I use trustpilot when I am looking at a new software, I have never left a review. I had to sign up for an account after the excellent customer service I rec'd. They helped me work through a zap and it worked perfectly. Taran was so nice and patient. I am overwhelmed with their customer service.

the justcall team is amazing always…
the justcall team is amazing always responsive and work hard to find solutions. I have been a client for over a year now and in that time they have worked on each and every issue I brought up with speed, knowledge and respect. I have had my share of bad experiences with tech companies in general usually due to poor support and lack of knowing the product however with justcall they really take care of you and work hard to understand how they can help. They have gone through 3 different CRM systems with me and have gone above and beyond on several occasions to integrate or fix some bug or issue. I feel good knowing I can trust the support team and regularly tell my team and staff to reach out on the chat immediately with any problems they are experiencing thereby letting me deal with higher level functions. That is what I need to run my organization and not have to deal with day to day issues with the phone system!

Reliable service around calling and SMS Bot
Thank you for keeping us connected. The text feature is super nice as well. Our previous cloud phone system provider didn't have the SMS feature. Justcall not only helped us with texting but the SMS Bot & Bulk SMS feature helped us in providing support to customers and marketing campaigns. Great call quality no matter the Country. Very easy to use and integrate into the daily functions of our office.

Best support team around
JustCall has the best team around. Seriously. Not only will they help you put out fires and keep your sales team online, but also will listen to ideas that you have in order to collaborate and update for everyone's benefit. What a great company.
