There system is solid and their support is fantastic.
We've been very pleased with JustCall. There system is solid and their support is fantastic. We needed a system that worked well with Zoho CRM. They have been very open minded regarding new and custom features.

The integration process was very easy
The integration process with our systems was very easy and the support team is great, they are very quick and attentive. We started to use JustCall almost two years ago and they really take care of his clients.

A great way to keep track of all your inbound and outbound calling for your business
JustCall not only allows you to manage your call traffic, but also lets you track call volumes. The system also allows you to communicate via text messages. This system is versatile & lets you download historical data which can be from the last week, month, or a custom range. It is also easy to keep an eye on users, ensuring that there are enough agents available to engage the inbound calls & reply to SMS, at the same time it allows you to view this in real-time.

Best service for calling and SMS
They're a pleasure to work with and it's been a breeze using their service. JustCAll has some really good features like AutoDialer and sms bot. Their automation is smooth and reliable. They really care about their users getting the most value from their service and resolving any rare issues we've encountered. That alone would be enough to keep us using JustCall for as long as our company needs a phone service.

Works fine most of the time, but when multiple calls come in they tend to get cut off.

Quick to setup and great alternative to landline and other VOIP services
It was a simple change from my business landline phone to JustCall. They helped get the number ported and everything went well. They keep making great updates to the software and it is easy to setup and use. Zapier integration and sending SMS feature from Salesforce using JustCall when the 'Deal Stage' changes is helpful. Can't think of any other provider working with such dedication. Looking forward to the upcoming updates of 2020.
