really good calling software with incredibly fast supports - i've used zendesk, nectardesk, talkdesk, and justcall so far has surpassed my experience in all their UI is really intuitive, even for someone who hasnt setup up calling systems before everything.is.so.simple. justcall? just pull up your missed calls just see who dropped those calls just simply forward your calls where they need to go just see your teammates activities explained and displayed simply justcall justdoeseverything! special shoutout to Suraj on the helpchat - amazing attentive support

Wonderful app, amazing customer service
I've been using it as a daily tool in my job for 6 months now and I gotta say I am amazed. Customer service is so efficient and helpful. They always repond inmediately and follow up all the time. I like it that I can talk to their reps without having to dial any number. The app itself is wonderful. It is super easy to use and lets us manage multiple lines and employees. I have not had an issue with it. Highly recommended. They have been most helpful and comprehensive during the entire COVID-19 situation, providing relief to those companies that are struggling due to business shut down.
