I'm on a $498/mo plan, and I can't use the service. Their integration won't work, the website is full of bugs, the customer service is only there to tell you they're working on a solution, but nothing will happen. Terrible experience. RUN.

Not a fan of the AI support bot. We have been with justcall for about 2 years and the support used to be much faster. They have switched to an AI support system that makes it very annoying to talk to a person quickly.

Yashasvi was quick to assist me with my request. Overall, the functionality of JustCall is so user friendly and I am always able to solve any thing that comes up with the support team. I also really love the bulk SMS feature to stay in touch with my clients.

The interface is great and the capabilities extremely robust. Also - great customer service! Extremely attentive, prompt and overall just very helpful. Not too expensive either!
